LightSource Marketing has experience marketing the following DOD Agencies: Military Sealift Command, Joint Forces Command, Langley AFB, Army/Ft. Eustis, and NASA Langley in Hampton.  We successfully won Task Order Work at Langley AFB under the CASS III Vehicle & Joint Forces Command (2005-Administrative Support Services).   

With the Commonwealth of Virginia, Mr. Wacker has identified opportunities & assisted clients in procuring contracts with the Department of Social Services, State Police, Department of Transportation, and Department of Environmental Quality. In 2006, he was the marketing lead for Advanced Technology Systems in winning a $20 Million/ Five-Year contract with Norfolk State University to out-source all of their Information Technology/ Computer Operations Support. Most recently in 2007, Mr. Wacker was the lead marketing rep for a $55 Million /5-Year Information Technology Award with the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
